Golden Hour Blessings
Soft Pastel - Painted 'Plein Air' - I rose before dawn to get to the beach several days in a row, to capture the golden hour of sunrise. Sat on the sand on a yoga mat with my pastel box and easel, looking up towards the scene. Risked a few encounters with wet, curious, unleashed dogs running up from Lake Michigan behind me as their owners thankfully diverted them by throwing a ball in the other direction for them to chase!
