Thicket at Twilight is my attempt at capturing the mysterious nooks and crannies of the woods that surrounded my childhood home. In the summer evenings fireflies would flicker and shimmer there and we would catch them in our hands and know that life was beautiful and good. Created on Uart paper with various soft pastels.
