Inclusion (Zebra Jasper)
"Inclusion" is based on a close-up of a cut slab of Zebra Jasper. What attracted me to this slab was the inclusion, which I incorporated into this painting's composition (bottom left in light green). An inclusion is any material that is trapped inside of another mineral while that mineral forms, such as crystals, liquid or gas bubbles, and fractures.
