Soft pastels. Upper Provo Falls, Utah. This is a Pein Air painting on next to the Provo River. This set of falls is near Mirror Lake in the Wasatch National Forest. We have made a visit here every year for 10 years and the falls look different every year. Strongly influenced by the spring snow melt the water flow can be immense to just a trickle, always a beautiful spot to stop.
