Started working with Pan pastels in the spring of 2024 and love the process. Inspired by nature, animals and ancestors that came before us. I added some fabric for texture along with some fur on the top of the hat. I am a bead artist of 45 years so wanted to take the piece a bit further than just the pastels. So many ideas, so much to learn with this new medium.
